Testability issues of clause 6.5 "Video communication" requirements

@lannero and @puskar arranged a survey from March 18 to April 9, 2024, about EN 301 549 in the Wadex group. Here are multiple comments from respondents about the testability issues of clause 6.5 "Video communication" requirements:

Clause 6.5.4. Necessary to employ video edition tools, so it isn’t easy to test by people not familiar with those tools. There’s added difficulties when the application doesn’t allow to download the recordings, so there’s the need to use a separate recording application, so the person testing also must be familiar with that tool.

6.5.4 Synchronization between audio and video: We are not sure how to test this clause reliably and efficiently. Are there specific devices or software for determining if this clause is met?

6.5. When it comes to video communication, there are so many factors that can affect the image quality, factors that an individual public actor cannot control on their own. Therefore, we find it difficult to develop test methods for the criteria in 6.5.

Clause: 6.5 Video communication. Difficulty: We are not aware of means to determine the minimum requirements for resolution, frame rate and synchronization.
